The Synthesis Portrait is a one-time purchase of £29. It is a written, personalised portrait, read across six systems from your birth details and your quiz answers, delivered as a web page and a downloadable PDF. There is no subscription, no membership, and no recurring payment of any kind.
The Whole Picture is a one-time purchase of £99, offered to a maximum of 20 founding members. It contains your written portrait (as above), written readings for four life areas (love, work, money and family), and a family reading drawn from birth details you choose to send us. Everything is prepared by hand and delivered within 7 days of purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring payment. Please only send family members' birth details if you are comfortable they would not mind.
Anyone who has bought The Whole Picture can add one 15-minute conversation with an AI companion that has read their readings, for £19, paid once. We send a link to start it once your readings are written, and you choose the time. The companion is an AI, not a person, and it will always say so. The conversation is for reflection; it is not therapy, counselling, or medical, psychological or financial advice. If you change your mind before your conversation takes place, tell us and we will refund you in full.
The cancellation, statutory rights and 30-day refund terms below apply to The Whole Picture in the same way as to the portrait. The right to cancel is given up for the written readings once they have been sent. If you change your mind before they are sent, we will cancel and refund you in full.
Founding members can also use the typed chat described below, at no extra charge, for as long as we offer it.
Founding members are told that, if we build the member site, their first month there will be free. This is a goodwill promise about something that may or may not be built; it is not part of what you are paying for.
Your free readings are offered at no charge to people aged 18 or over. They are worked out from the birth details you give, and one passage in them is written by an AI. Like a portrait, they are reflection for self-knowledge: they can be wrong, they do not predict anything, and they are not medical, psychological or financial advice.
They stay available for 30 days at a private link we email to you, and are then deleted. Nothing is charged and nothing renews. We may limit how many readings one person can ask for, and we may pause or stop offering them. What we do with your information is set out in our privacy policy.
The chat is offered by invitation, at no extra charge, to founding members of The Whole Picture aged 18 or over. You talk to an AI, not a person. It talks through what your chart says. It can be wrong, and it is reflection, not therapy, counselling, or medical, legal or financial advice. If you are struggling, Samaritans are free on 116 123 at any hour, and in an emergency you should call 999.
Each conversation has a limit on the number of messages. We may limit, pause or end the chat for anyone at any time, and we may stop offering it. Nothing extra is charged for it and nothing renews. What we do with the information you give is set out in our privacy policy.
A portrait is written reflection in support of self-knowledge. It is not medical, psychological, or financial advice; it does not diagnose or treat anything; and it does not predict the future. If you are facing something serious, please speak to a qualified professional.
Your portrait is prepared by hand and delivered to your email within 48 hours of purchase. It comes from orders@send.soulsynthesis.co, so please check your spam folder the first time.
Because this is personalised digital content, UK law gives you a 14-day cancellation period that begins when you buy. We start writing your portrait straight away so it can reach you within 48 hours.
At checkout you are asked to tick a box agreeing to this, and confirming that you understand you give up your right to cancel once your portrait has been sent. If you do not tick it, we cannot begin, and your order will not go through.
If you change your mind after buying but before your portrait has been sent, contact us at hello@soulsynthesis.co and we will cancel and refund you in full.
Ticking the box above does not affect your statutory rights. If your portrait is faulty, does not arrive, or is not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Just reply to your delivery email or write to hello@soulsynthesis.co and we will put it right.
If your portrait does not feel recognisable, illuminating or worth what you paid, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. This promise is in addition to your statutory rights.
