The Synthesis Portrait is a one-time purchase of £29. It is a written, personalised portrait, read across six systems from your birth details and your quiz answers, delivered as a web page and a downloadable PDF. There is no subscription, no membership, and no recurring payment of any kind.
A portrait is written reflection in support of self-knowledge. It is not medical, psychological, or financial advice; it does not diagnose or treat anything; and it does not predict the future. If you are facing something serious, please speak to a qualified professional.
Your portrait is prepared by hand and delivered to your email within 48 hours of purchase. It comes from orders@send.soulsynthesis.co, so please check your spam folder the first time.
Because this is personalised digital content, UK law gives you a 14-day cancellation period that begins when you buy. We start writing your portrait straight away so it can reach you within 48 hours.
At checkout you are asked to tick a box agreeing to this, and confirming that you understand you give up your right to cancel once your portrait has been sent. If you do not tick it, we cannot begin, and your order will not go through.
If you change your mind after buying but before your portrait has been sent, contact us at hello@soulsynthesis.co and we will cancel and refund you in full.
Ticking the box above does not affect your statutory rights. If your portrait is faulty, does not arrive, or is not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Just reply to your delivery email or write to hello@soulsynthesis.co and we will put it right.
If your portrait does not feel recognisable, illuminating or worth what you paid, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. This promise is in addition to your statutory rights.
Soul Synthesis is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by Jovian Archive, the International Human Design School, Gene Keys Publishing Ltd, or any other organisation behind the systems a portrait draws on. System names appear only to describe our sources and methods.
